Priava's ASIMUT integration allows you to configure a real-time, bidirectional sync between Priava and ASIMUT. Once configured, the integration will sync basic event and venue booking data between both systems meaning that your ASIMUT users can view basic details about Priava bookings and cancel or delete venue bookings as required.
Only system administrators can configure Integrations. If you are not an administrator, please consult a member of your team that is an administrator to increase the level of access you have been granted.
Please make sure you have completed all items outlined on the Configuration Prerequisite Checklist prior to configuring this integration.
Configuring Priava Integration in ASIMUT
To configure the Priava Integration:

- Under API settings tab, copy and store the API Secret Key & SHA256 Signing Token which will be used for authentication in Priava. Refer Configuring ASIMUT Integration in Priava to enter these details in Priava
Setting up Webhook in ASIMUT
To setup Webhook:

- Click on the Add new webhook dropdown
- Select v2/ → genericWebhook.schema.php

Add a name, add the Destination URL provided by Priava
- Select “Enabled” as “True”
